Sara Eanni is a respected leader in the HOA insurance industry, known for her dedication to strengthening communities through risk management, education, political advocacy, and ethical leadership. She collaborates with insurance carriers to refine policy language and coverage, helping protect property owners across Oregon and guiding associations through complex challenges. In 2018, she became one of the first professionals in the state to earn the CIRMS (Condominium Insurance Risk Management Specialist) designation. Eanni has also played a significant role in the Community Associations Institute (CAI), serving for nearly a decade, including a term as president of the Central Oregon chapter, where she led an impressive 260% growth. She currently chairs a national CAI committee focused on ethics, transparency, and client advocacy.
