Property and Liability

Property insurance covering the association’s common areas, property they are required to maintain and insure which can include the units.  Knowing if you need to insure on an all-inclusive, original entity, or barewalls bases, it's important that the association insures their buildings correctly.  

Liability coverage within the general liability policy, shields the association from claims related to bodily harm or property damage occurring in common areas or due to the association's activities. General liability policies can also encompass Medical Payments coverage, offering a modest layer of protection without regard to the association's fault.
